District 7930 Rotaplast Mission Report

Past President Darlene Beal served on the District 7930 Rotaplast mission as mission photographer. This was the seventh mission that has been sponsored by District 7930 and we will get to view the mission this week through Darlene's camera lens.

Special Thanks to everyone who helped serve community meals and provide desserts on February 11th at the Haverhill Citizen's Center.

Teams are now forming for the district 7930 softball league. Ten games will be played either on a Tuesday or Wednesday evening. Five home and five away. See Past President Jeff "It's a great time to buy real estate" Davis to sign up for the Haverhill Rotary Club's winning team. The Lawrence club has used this opportunity to reel in some younger members and designated each game a meeting makeup. We could use some ringers and younger members so let's use this activity to our best advantage.

Tom Vance spoke to us last week about the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards. This year our club may nominate up to five members to attend Camp Rotary in Boxford for the weekend of May 16 - 18. This date conflicts with the Junior Social at Haverhill High and the Senior Prom at Timberlane High School.
